There doesn't seem to be a need for a per-CPU workqueue - kgsl can
make do with a singlethread workqueue which consumes less resources
and does not pin work to specific CPUs.

An isb is required after a CCSELR write to ensure that write takes
effect before reading CCSIDR. Without an isb, CCSIDR read could
correspond to a random CCSELR register.

Increasing PMEM temporarily to allocate jpeg heap on pmem.
Once ASHMEM is working properly, this PMEM increase will be reverted.

Userspace code can rely on RNDIS network interface to added
or removed at runtime when a composition with RNDIS is selected.
Allow this by moving the gether_setup call to bind_config.
Also change the name of network device to rndis0 from usb0.

Fail PMIC ID registration if ID line is not routed to PMIC on
8660 V2 FFA. Based on the failure, drivers can decide to use PHY
interrupts for ID.

This is a re-organized version of the charm driver.
Instead of hardcoding the gpio values, they are now passed
in via platform resources. Also, functions that are common
between the old and new drivers are separated out into
a common file.

For tabla version 1.0 the button press voltage threshold is
12 bit value whereas for tabla version 2.0 it is a 16-bit value.
Fix by always updating the 16-bit value, since tabla 1.0 will
just ignore the most significant 4 bits.

Removing USB or DC will stop charging, this change in battery state
needs to notified to the userspace.
Invoke power_supply_changed on battery powersupply when a charger
insertion or removal happens.

SDCC4 controller has added support of auto_prog_done (automatic
programming done indication) for both single and multi block
write commands. MSM SDCC driver is already making use of this
capability for multi block write commands. This change extends
the use of this capability for single block write commands as well.

Issue an empty draw call to avoid possible hangs due to
repeated idles without intervening draw calls.
On adreno 225 the PC block has a cache that is only
flushed on draw calls and repeated idles can make it
overflow if there are not intervening draw calls.
The gmem save path contains draw calls so this workaround
isn't needed there.
