Require any code path which intends to touch the hardware
to take a reference on active_cnt with kgsl_active_count_get()
and release it with kgsl_active_count_put() when finished.
These functions now do the wake / sleep steps that were
previously handled by kgsl_check_suspended() and
kgsl_check_idle().
Additionally, kgsl_pre_hwaccess() will no longer turn on
the clocks, it just enforces via BUG_ON that the clocks
are enabled before a register is touched.

The block layer implements a mechanism for verifying that the device
driver won't be notified of an URGENT request if there is already an
URGENT request in flight. This is due to the fact that interrupting an
URGENT request isn't efficient.
This patch fixes the above described mechanism in case the URGENT request
was returned back to the block layer from some reason: by requeue or
reinsert.

Corrupted section data should not be notified to the application,
TS packets holding sections with transport error indicator (TEI)
are discarded.

Back and front cameras are mounted at different angles with respect
to reference plane on 8226 CDP, MTP and QRD. Change mount angle
property to offset it. Create new dtsi file for CDP since the mount
angle is different for CDP and QRD. Remove length field in reg
property since the register address corresponds to i2c slave address.

Add secure demux API allowing to set log level verbosity.
Log level can be set from user-sapce via a debugfs entry.
Default is no logging.

Increase the period size in proxy driver to allow ten millisecond
worth data for capturing multichannel content.Add kcontrol to
allow configuring the proxy backend to six channels.

Add support for the Battery Management System driver in MTPs and
FLUIDs by enabling the status of the BMS node.
The BMS will report the state of charge of the battery.

When the required property "qcom,low-voltage-threshold" was added to
the BMS driver, it was not included in the pm8226 devicetree. Add it
back in in order to allow BMS to probe.

This change is to enable frame buffers lock between multiple processes
through genlock.
Genlock is a in-kernel API and optional userspace interface for a generic
cross-process locking mechanism.

The logic to write a value to mbhc scaling mux register
first and then update a bit got reversed. This update of
bit is codec specific and should be done after the common
register write else it will get overwritten.

USB is accessing an invalid memory which results in EBI error.
To find the endpoint information and the address being accessed,
dump all the usb request info required for debugging memory access
violation issue from APP's proc using the trace framework.
