Add a new ioctl, IOCTL_KGSL_GPUMEM_SYNC_CACHE_BULK, which can be used
to sync a number of memory ids at once. This gives the driver an
opportunity to optimize the cache operations based on the total
working set of memory that needs to be managed.

Handle all error interrupts in CCI by calling HALT followed by RESET
on corresponding CCI MASTER. Validate queue before performing I2C
read and write to ensure that queue is empty.

Demux plugin only handled OOB commands for decoder filters of type video
or PCR and secure filters.
Setting a pes filter with output other than decoder (not DMX_OUT_DECODER)
is handled as a decoder filter nevertheless in case the pes type is one
that is associated as being of decoder class (such as DMX_PES_AUDIO).
In such case the demux plugin would ignore the OOB command.
This changes corrects this behaviour.

Command packet should be written before the write index is
updated. Add memory barrier to ensure this.

Add support to read an eFuse which specifies the appropriate PMIC
regulator phase scaling factor to apply for a given chip. Using
the phase scaling factor reduces power consumption in certain
cases.
Also specify the phase scaling factor eFuse address for MSM8974
since this property value is made to be required.

AES-CCM error does not report proper status to qcrypto driver.
If prior operation AES CCM operation has an error, (ex: MAC_FAILED),
it never gets cleared. Subsequent operation will report the same bit
error. Fix is to clear the status register before firing off an
operation
Further more, any AES-CCM error due to MAC failed is not logged
properly. Add aead_msg_fail if aead opearation is fine, but MAC
comparison fails the integrity checking.

The M2 high threshold register addresses were incorrectly set to be
the registers for M3. This causes die temperature tm alarm to never
trigger for the high state.
Fix this by changing the register addresses to the correct values.

The ADC can introduce a lot of error when the temperature fluctuates.
The BMS's coulomb counter is fed from the IADC, and over time the
accumulated error can create large inaccuracies in the BMS.
Provide a software workaround by maintaining a software coulomb
counter that resets, error compensates, and accumulates the hardware
coulomb counter in the BMS driver.
