On certain targets the worst case console buffer draining time can
exceed the aggressive spin dump timeout value. Relax the timeout value
to cater to these scenarios.

At the moment if the block layer issues an URGENT request notification
before receiving a complete on the URGENT request currently handled by
the device driver - the system crashes with a BUG_ON().
This change enables multiple block layer urgent request notification to
be handled by MMC layer by removing single notification enforcement.

8610 video firmware is now optimized to support 1080p.
This change modifies the max supported load from 720p to
1080p.

Add in-sensor mode calibration support for eeprom.

via ioctrl interface of the sensor.

The value csi_lane_mask which is uint16_t is controllable from userspace.
The while loop can loop for 2^16 - 1, Hence extract the required
bit combination from the userspace argument, used it for further
processing.

Local structures have not been initialized to all zeroes, so fix
this by setting them to all zeroes to prevent uninitialized memory
being copied to userspace.

we need to know whether it is coming from the
pixel interface or the raw interface.

Currently, the BMS and Charger tries to load battery properties from
the devicetree battery data node. However, currently the drivers only
check for a non-negative number before loading the properties. This
can cause null batterydata nodes to be loaded as 0s for all
properties.
Fix this by first intializing the properties to -1 before loading the
batterydata.

The BMS peripheral interrupts were reversed for MSM8226 and MSM8610.
This may cause accidental wakeups during sleep because the sw_cc_thr
irq is switched with good_ocv. Since the BMS driver registers
sw_cc_thr as a wakeable interrupt and sw_cc_thr actually registers
the good_ocv irq, the device will wake up every time the BMS
peripheral gets a good OCV reading.
Fix this by correcting all the IRQs in the BMS device tree node.

If ioremap is used, iounmap has to be called. Missing iounmap call
cause flooding vmalloc table which will end up with random crashes.

On few legacy platforms, USB PHY is having dedicated reset clk.
It is used to reset USB PHY after putting USB PHY into low power
mode and for calibration of USB PHY. Putting USB PHY into low
power mode is causing ulpi read/write timeout as expected USB PHY
reset clk is not available on newer platform. Hence remove USB PHY
reset clk usage and related reset code.
For 28nm PHY, Reset USB PHY after resestting USB LINK. Also reset
USB PHY using USB_PHY_PON bit with USB_OTG_HS_PHY_CTRL register
after programming USB PHY Override registers as suggested with
hardware programming guidelines. Also debug out important USB
register when ulpi read/write timeout is seen with USB PHY.
