Make sure iommu_map_range() does not leave a partial
mapping on error if part of the range is already
mapped.

Update android function drivers like diag, adb, modem, rmnet, mtp
and accessory to operate in super speed. The burst capability is
not enabled for now.

The bMaxPower field in the configuration descriptor should be specified
in different units for super speed devices. This field units are 2mA for
high speed connection and 8mA for super speed connection.
Without this fix, USB3 SS host drivers refuse to configure the super speed
device since it request for too much current to draw.

Top CSR programming is required to keep the cores
into GDFS once CORE0 comes out of the PC. Add this
feature for C2 & C3 for 8x25Q.

Set the "DBGPWRUPEREQ_OVERRIDE" bits for C2 & C3. This allows
the cores to go into LPM when the debugger is connected.

Configure the boot remapper register for C2 and C3 cores.
When the cores C2/C3 come out of LPM (PC & GDFS), they
start executing from the address configured in the boot
remapper register.

The battery gauge monitors the current and voltage every 1 second.
Therefore a delay from the time that the charger start/stop charging
until the battery gauge detects it.

LD013 can support two voltage levels 1.8V and 2.95V.
Update the regulator-min-microvolt parameter so that
it reflects correct min. voltage supported (1.8V).

Add the qcom,not-wakeup flag to the SPMI arbiter device node so
that irq_set_irq_wake() is not called. This ensures that PMIC
drivers may be tested before MPM, RPM-SMD, and SMD drivers are
validated on MPQ8092.
This change should be reverted once the MPM driver is working
on target.

The stubs for some of the Ion functions have gotten stale since the
last Ion API change. Update these to avoid compile errors when Ion is
not included in the build.
