We really don't want new GPU commands or events to be generated
just to manage the iommu while we are idle.

These two functions need to agree on the meaning of "idle",
so that calling adreno_isidle() right after an adreno_idle()
will always return true.

When a core is hotplugged, trustzone migrates secure SPI to
the core that is online. Pass a flag to TZ indicating if it is
hotplugged or not.

A bug fix in RM, which caused the producer to remain in
"release in progress" state when releasing producer.
The fix is to move to release state directly without
moving to "release in progress" state.

The Dragonboard APQ8074 uses GPIO 94 as camera sensor GPIO.
The Dragonboard APQ8074 doesn't use GPIO 92 as camera GPIO.
The change implements run time GPIO 92 and 94 configuration
differentiation.

BAM pipe 2 needs to be part of lock group 1 while BAM pipes 0 and 1
