There is a possible race condition where the process can be going
away while its debugfs 'mem' file is being read, which could cause
memory corruption.

Mmc thread is waiting for one of following events occurs:
- current running request completion (is_done_rcv)
- new request notification arrived (is_new_req)
- urgent request notification arrived (is_urgent)
or the thread received a signal. In this case none of described events
happened.
This change process the case, when mmc thread was unblocked from wait by
signal, for example system shutdown flow.

Add bus overflow recovery mechanism in the isp driver.
When the bus overflow happens we will halt the bus,
reset the isp and burst count and restart the stream.

There could be a race between suspend and mmc_rescan as follows:
At resume:
-> mmc_pm_notify
-> mmc_rescan is scheduled
Suspend is triggered:
-> mmc_pm_notify
-> wait for mmc_rescan/cancel it
-> rescan acquires wakelock if card is detected
so as to give user-space a chance to respond
-> PM framework cancels suspend since wakelock is active
Hence, release the wake-lock if its active in suspend prepare
and check for rescan_disable before acquiring wake-lock.
This prefers suspend over notifying the user-space of the status
of the card, which is fine since with suspend user-space is frozen
too.

In the current design, if MPP-controlled leds or RGB leds are configured
to LPG mode in the device tree, the PWM period value is not provided.
This will result in "pwm_cfg->pwm_period_us" being assigned to zero
since no PWM period value will be read from device tree. As a result,
qpnp_pwm_init() returns error, which in turn results in failure of
qpnp_mpp_init() or qpnp_rgb_init() and finally resulting in failure of
qpnp_leds_probe().
So "qcom,pwm-us" property should be provided in DT for the above case and
the property parsing needs to be implemented in the leds-qpnp driver.

NGD slimbus driver itself can never send out clock pause sequence
for slimbus protocol on the HW lines since it can only be sent by
a manager device (which is controlled by ADSP when NGD driver is
instantiated from apps side).
Previously, clock pause of slimbus framework was coupled with power
down/up. That is not correct, since manager device may or may not
decide to send clock-pause on the HW lines. (e.g. if apps is inactive,
but some client on ADSP is active, clock-pause sequence won't be sent
over the bus.
Decouple power-on/off from clock pause to avoid giving incorrect
impression to clients on apps side about clock-pause state. Mark
clock-pause as unsupported by setting wakup function pointer to NULL
instead since this controller on apps cannot send it on HW lines.

The ext_chg_active flag is set to true when the external charger
processing is pending. It is set to true when DCP is detected and
set to false when the user space notifies that it is done with
the charger detection. The user space may unblock the low power mode
any time to access the hardware to request a new voltage setting.
The current code does not set ext_chg_active flag in this case due to
which USB enters low power mode while external charger processing
is pending. This results in unclocked register access.
Fix the issue by setting ext_chg_active to true every time the
userspace calls the block LPM.

Previously, the extradata size was included within VENUS_BUFFER_SIZE
and callers (primarily in userspace) wouldn't know how much extra
padding was added to the buffer size. Exposing it allows userspace to
query directly instead of doing guesswork.
