Add a documentation file which provides an overview of the
MIPI-BIF hardware interface as well as the API provided in the
Linux kernel for MIPI-BIF communication.

Make DTS file update to enable ov8825 on 8x26 CDP MTP QRD.
8x26 sensor is OV8825(Main sensor), ov9724(front sensor).
Then enable these two sensors for 8x26 CDP, MTP, QRD.

csid voltage level is different for 8974 and 8x26. Add new
property for csid vdd, parse the property in driver and use
it to power csid device. Rename mipi_csi_vdd-supply to comply
with standard.

commit d5cd3eed81 uses of_platform API
to create dwc3 core platform device. But this is resulting in dwc3
probe getting failed due to missing memory resource. Hence revert
this commit till the issue is fixed.

If the battery voltage remains below the cutoff threshold
for a specific period (determined by a platform data -
vbatt_cutoff_retries) report the SOC as 0. This allows
the userspace to perform a graceful shutdown. Also, provide
a platform data entry (low_voltage_detect) to enable this
functionality.
Enable 'low_voltage_detect' and set 'vbatt_cutoff_retries'
as required to enable the full functionality.

The bus bandwidth voting may be used in other drivers (e.g. Ion)
for voting for SMI bandwidth. Move it out.
