When hardware is overloaded or when max number of clients are
reached in driver or firmware, hardware error is sent to video
client. This change is to replace hardware error with actual
errors.

Dirty widget list can be accessed by multiple paths
in dapm framework. Dirty list is protected by dapm mutex.
Since dapm_set_pin and dapm_force_enable_pin function
accesses the dirty list, protect it using the dapm mutex.

The intention of sdhci_msm_probe() was to wait up to 1ms for
CORE_SW_RST to be set, but only a 10us timeout was passed to
readl_poll_timeout().
Correct the timeout value to be 1ms, and decrease the sleep
time between read attempts to only 10us so that it's less
than the expected wait time of 40us.

qseecom.cumulative_mode is used to track the cummulative bus request
mode from all concurrent running clients. It is registered before
send_cmd operation, but is not un-registered after it is complete.
This may cause the bus bandwidth is restored to a wrong mode after
resuming from sleep. Thus, we make change to update it accordingly.
qseecom.current_mode is also updated in suspend/resume function to
ensure timer can scale down bus bw after resume when cumulative_mode
is non-zero. Besides, timer operation is optimized in case there are
multiple unserialized concurrent users of the same timer.

Assigns a value to the boot_reason procfs property in
qpnp-power-on. This property can be read via
/proc/sys/kernel/boot_reason. The value for this property
will reflect lowest bit set in the PON_REASON1 PMIC register.
For example, if bit 0 is set in the register, then
boot_reason will have a value of 1. If no bits are set
in the register, then boot_reason will have a value of 0.
For existing PMIC chips, the following mapping applies
for the value of boot_reason:
0 -> unknown
1 -> hard reset
2 -> sudden momentary power loss (SMPL)
3 -> real time clock (RTC)
4 -> DC charger inserted
5 -> USB charger inserted
6 -> PON1 pin toggled (for secondary PMICs)
7 -> CBLPWR_N pin toggled (for external power supply)
8 -> KPDPWR_N pin toggled (power key pressed)

There is a chance that we miss signalling mdp3 timeline
when the scheduling of the relevant workqueue goes out of
sync due to system load. Handle this scenario appropriately
so that the fences get releases in time.

There will be race conditions between alarm set and alarm clear if
set_power_on_alarm is out of the lock.But set_power_on_alarm can't
be put into spin_lock. So add it into mutex_lock.

Putting alarm_shutdown into set_power_on_alarm is to set rtc alarm
time immediately after an alarm being set. It can avoid shutting
down unexpectedly before calling alarm_shutdown hook like removing
battery.Then power_on_alarm will be set to rtc twice when an alarm
is created and the device performs shutdown for a power off alarm.
The set process during shutting down is duplicated to the set
process when an alarm is created. So the alarm_shutdown hook become
unnecessary.

application which runs with non-root credentials and does not have
direct write access to /proc entries. This commit creates shadow
files under /sys/kernel/ipv4 which maps to /proc/sys/net/ipv4.

When there are multiple running qseecom clients, ce clock may be disabled
by one client while TZ is still loading another client's app, which will
lead to load app failure. So, we make a change to register bus bandwidth
mode before loading app and avoid to disable clock when current bandwidth
mode is not INACTIVE.
