ASoC: msm-hdmi-codec-rx: always return success for getting EDID info

Follow how other HDMI driver under different ALSA subdirectory
handles EDID info retrieval by always returning success when
get info function is called for HDMI EDID mixer control.

User-space application is expected to treat returned data valid
only when it is notified of connection to HDMI device.
