Build scripts and utilities for rubenslte LineageOS 16.0 builds.

## Quick start

Requirements: either a NixOS system (or Nix), or a set up on some
other distro with all required packages. First (if on Nix), run
`nix-shell`. Then, run `./build.sh -h` to figure out how to build.
