Bhalchandra Gajare 750d12d88f ASoC: wcd9xxx: Add support for wcd9306 v2.0 ...

WCD9306 v2.0 has enumeration address different for slimbus PGD and
interface devices, add this new enumeration address to supported codecs
over slimbus. Provide macro to identify codec version.
