Idle wakelocks are being removed so replace them with pm_qos.
Since we don't know every driver's latency requirements we
maintain one-to-one compatabilty with the idle wakelock API by
replacing the wakelock with a pm_qos request of the correct
latency.
Once we determine the actual latency requirements of each driver
we can replace the latency used with the correct latency for the
device.

PM8018 ADC arbiter uses a single AMUX8 channel to
read either battery id or battery tempertaure. On
existing platforms these pins are grounded.
Add default configuration to read battery ID. If clients
need to read the battery temperature instead, follow the
instructions in the comments for the ADC channel listing.
Clients would need to update the scaling function in the
channel configuration to use the appropriate battery
thermistor scaling function.

The ux500 default config enables the db5500 and the db8500.
The incoming cpuidle driver uses the 'prcmu_enable_wakeups'
and the 'prcmu_set_power_state' functions but these ones
are defined but not implemented for the db5500, leading to
an unresolved symbol error at link time. In order to compile,
we have to disable the db5500 support which is not acceptable
for the default config.
I noticed there are also some other functions which are
defined but not implemented.
This patch fix this by removing the functions definitions
and move out of the config section the empty functions which
are normally used when the DB550 config is disabled.
Only the functions which are not implemented are concerned
by this modification.

- cleanups to the ebsa110 platform to move some private stuff out of

"Nearly every subsystem has some kind of header with a proto like:
void foo(struct device *dev);
and yet there is no reason for most of these guys to care about the

reduce the scope of headers including headers. For this instance, a
reduction of about 40% is achieved by replacing the include with the
simple fact that the device is some kind of a struct.
