On some platforms such as MPQ8064 the charger removal detection
workarounds - reverse boost fix and OVP FET stuck do not work
as expected as the SMBC module is disconnected from USBout. On
these targets the USB interface is not used for charging but merely
to indicate the USB driver of the insertion/removal.
Add a platform data variable to make this optional and enable
the same for MPQ8064

Add a BIF framework which implements core features of the MIPI
(Mobile Industry Processor Interace) BIF (Battery Interface)
specification. MIPI-BIF defines an interface which can be used
to communicate with smart battery packs.
BIF controller drivers register with the BIF framework and
implement hardware specific features. BIF consumers can make use
of an extensive API to communicate with BIF slaves present on a
BIF bus.

This patch cleans the initialization of dma contiguous framework. The
all-in-one dma_declare_contiguous() function is now separated into
dma_contiguous_reserve_area() which only steals the the memory from
memblock allocator and dma_contiguous_add_device() function, which
assigns given device to the specified reserved memory area. This improves
the flexibility in defining contiguous memory areas and assigning device
to them, because now it is possible to assign more than one device to
the given contiguous memory area. This split in initialization is also
required for upcoming device tree support.

Use the clock APIs instead of the msm_xo APIs to vote on CXO.
This removes one more msm specific api from this driver and will
allow us to move XO control into the rpm clock driver. If clock
APIs fail, fallback on msm specific apis to vote for CXO.

This commit changes the CMA early initialization code to use phys_addr_t
for representing physical addresses instead of unsigned long.
Without this change, among other things, dma_declare_contiguous() simply
discards any memory regions whose address is not representable as unsigned
long.
This is a problem on 32-bit PAE machines where unsigned long is 32-bit
but physical address space is larger.

The driver maintains a default mapping between appmode address
and bootloader address. Some appmode addresses may have
different corresponding bootloader addresses than what is
currently mapped. When this is the case, looking through an
array will not work and bootloader address must be passed in
through device tree or pdata. Appmode address is already
present in i2c client structure.
With this support, firmware upgrade for mxt336s and mxt1664s
touch controllers is now present.
