MSM DWC3 module has below components:
dwc3/core: This driver is responsible for DWC3 core initialization
and based on platform configuration it also initializes other
dwc3 gadget, host or OTG drivers.
dwc_otg: This driver receives external VBUS and ID events and
correspondingly programs core to run in HOST or DEVICE mode.
dwc3-msm: This driver is responsible for platform specific
initialization, performs ID/BSV detections and feeds same to
dwc3_otg driver.
Above design allows to have HOST only configurations by completely
bypassing dwc3-OTG module with some minimal changes.
Adds changes to define DT parameter for host-only-mode and perform
some fixups to run dwc3-msm driver independently bypassing OTG.
This also requires defining parent child relationship between XHCI
and dwc3-msm so that dwc3-msm puts hardware in LPM on host bus suspend.
