With MDM9625 2.1 some NAND controller registers viz. FLASH_DEV_CMDn and
FLASH_DEV_CMD_VLD will be protected by TrustZone which will cause 'Read
Parameter Page' to fail as software cannot read the ONFI device parameters
from the device itself and breaks the auto detection.

Add device-id for Micron MT29F4G08ABBDAHC:D (a 8-bit 4GiB NAND with device
code 0xAC) so that it can be probed as a non-ONFI device on MDM9625 2.1.

Use NAND controller version check to identify if the device can be added
using the ONFI probe or from static device id list.
