prototype74 bb4a9e374f leds-qpnp: proper enable flash regulator & general improvements ...

Function qpnp_flash_regulator_operate loops led_array in 3 (almost) equivalent for-loops to enable flash (wa) regulator, however this isn't needed as the first loop does enable the regulators at first try already. With this changes we don't need change_boost_control function anymore as defined in qpnp-sec-charger to re-enable charging feature.
Additional improvements and fixes from official Samsung sources.
